acbuy sheets for beginners

If you have never used an acbuy sheet before, the rows, columns and abbreviations can feel overwhelming. This guide is designed for absolute beginners. By the end, you will know how to read a sheet, click a link, place an order, review QC photos and ship your first parcel with confidence.

Reading your first acbuy spreadsheet

Open the sheet and look at the category tabs along the bottom. Each tab is a product category like shoes or hoodies. Within each tab, rows are individual products. Columns usually include the item name, price, size options, link, thumbnail, seller name, QC status and notes. Green highlights often mean verified and working. Red means dead link or out of stock. Read the legend at the top of the sheet if one is provided. Do not be intimidated by the volume of data. Start with one category that interests you.

From link to warehouse in five steps

Step one is copying the product link from the sheet and pasting it into your acbuy agent. Step two is filling in the options like color and size. Step three is submitting the order and paying. Step four is waiting for the item to arrive at the warehouse, which usually takes three to seven days. Step five is reviewing the QC photos once they are uploaded. If everything looks good, approve the item for shipping. If not, request a return or exchange before it is too late.

Common beginner mistakes to avoid

Beginners often order the wrong size because they assume their normal retail size works everywhere. They also forget to review QC photos before shipping, leading to surprises at their door. Another mistake is ordering from dead links without checking the verified date. And many first-timers ship immediately instead of waiting for all items to arrive so they can consolidate. Patience and attention to detail will save you money and disappointment every single time.
